We are delighted to announce that Bradley Sweetman has been appointed as Men’s First Team Head Coach for Saltdean United.

Bradley comes with experience of coaching in the Southern Combination League Premier Division, through his former club Hassocks FC, with a strong focus on emerging young players and creating player pathways. The committee were extremely impressed with Bradley’s vision for the future of the First Team which aligns with the club’s ambitions going forward.

Bradley commented:

“This is an opportunity I am grateful for and simply couldn’t refuse!
Sitting with the committee and hearing their long term plans for the community as well as the club it was a no brainier.

With the clubs vision and my experience, I aim to be able to recreate my success in previous roles of developing and progressing youth, with the objective of making a clear and sustainable pathway to the first team.

I’m excited for the challenge ahead, i will embrace it and with the great support of the committee, the back room staff and the players at the club we can only go in the right direction.

I hope our reach into the community continues to grow and we can all get behind our tigers so we can continue to have success like the club has had in the last few seasons.”

We look forward to welcoming Bradley to Hill Park as we move forward with plans for the new season.
