Next week we will be starting our ground preparations at Hill Park by removing some of the trees on the Northern and Eastern areas of the site before we can begin work on our Legacy development project.

We are delighted to be working with Lizard Landscaping & Ecology who have played an instrumental part in our planning process. The trees and shrubs within the grounds that have been identified for removal in the Tree Retention & Protection plan will be done so under the supervision of the Arboricultural department at Lizard.

As part of our landscaping plans we will be planting more native trees and shrubs at a later stage, to enhance the ecology and wildlife on the site.

Our full plans can be viewed on the BHCC planning portal.

Access to the farm and stables will be maintained but there will be reduced parking available at Hill Park whilst the works are being carried out.
