Saltdean United Women would like to extend our deepest gratitude to Gary Hart and Joe Clark for their outstanding leadership of our U18 squad during the 2024/25 season. Their dedication and expertise have been instrumental in guiding the team to a fantastic first year at the club!
Under their joint management, the U18s achieved remarkable success: clinching the Junior Premier League title, securing the Sussex County Cup and earning a commendable third-place finish at the National Champions of Champions tournament in Warwick .
Their commitment to player development has been evident, with several U18 players progressing to our DS making it one of the strongest pathways in the area.
Regrettably, due to family commitments, Gary and Joe have decided to step down from their roles. While we are saddened by their departure, we fully support their decision and wish them all the best in their future endeavors.
Their contributions have been invaluable, and they leave behind a legacy of excellence and hard work. Saltdean United Women are proud to have such a strong women’s pathway with some of the best youth players in Sussex, and we look forward to building upon the strong foundation they have established.
