Men’s First Team Manager Vacancy
Saltdean United FC is seeking a passionate, experienced, and driven individual to lead our Men’s First Team as Manager. Competing in the Southern Combination Football League Division One, we are a club with strong community roots, a proud history, and a clear vision for progression.
We are looking for a manager who:
- Has proven experience within the County League system, with a strong understanding of the demands and dynamics of county football.
- Possesses a network of local players and contacts, capable of building a competitive squad.
- Demonstrates a track record of developing talent, with evidence of a player pathway from youth to senior football.
- Is highly organised, with strong communication and leadership skills.
- FA Safeguarding Children Certificate, Emergency First Aid and Satisfactory Enhanced DBS Disclosure.
- Shows commitment and reliability, with the ability to foster a positive, disciplined, and ambitious team culture.
- Can work collaboratively with club staff, youth coaches, and committee members to align with the club’s long-term goals.
The club is currently building a brand-new two-storey clubhouse, FIFA 3G pitch, and spectator stand which are nearing completion. Once finished, these facilities will rank among the very best in the region, reflecting our commitment to excellence both on and off the pitch.
