Saltdean United Women FC are seeking to appoint an ambitious and experienced First Team Coach to join our FA Women’s National League (FAWNL) coaching team due to a member of staff going on maternity leave.
This is an exciting opportunity to work within a club that has recently achieved promotion to Tier 4 of the women’s football pyramid and continues to demonstrate significant growth both on and off the pitch.The successful candidate will join a well-established support team and play a key role in the continued development and success of the First Team.
Saltdean United FC boasts some of the finest facilities in the region, including our recently completed stadium development featuring a FIFA Quality Pro 3G pitch, a 200-seat spectator stand, and a modern two-storey clubhouse. The facility includes state-of-the-art changing rooms, a medical room, managers’ offices, and a balcony overlooking the stadium, providing an excellent environment for both players and staff.
We are looking for a coach with experience working at Tier 4 level or above, ideally with previous involvement in the FA Women’s National League. The current First Team staffing structure includes a Manager, Coach, Assistant Coach, Goalkeeping Coach, Strength & Conditioning Coach, and Physiotherapist, offering a strong collaborative working environment.
